Head lights?

I want to take the orange reflecter out of my head lights and use some flat black paint on the inside to change the look, the only thing is I don't know how to separate the lens from the housing and I don't want to mess them up because their the only ones I have, Does anyone have any pointers or step by step's on how to do this?

bake in oven at 220 for 10 min. Carefully pry open. You may need to heat a couple time. then you will be able to take out the reflector. make sure you take out the bulbs.
