tC DC power port in arm rest not working

Well my armrest power port has stopped functioning. I was wondering if anyone knows if it is a fuse. Or needs wire replacement. I took apart the console to check to make sure all was secure. And it is. the regular cigarette lighter works. And powers devices. But the second in the arm rest does not. Please help me out.

Worked for a few weeks (definitely worked it was powering my TomTom), then just stopped. Checked it and it had no wires running to it... Even the guy at Scion said he had no idea how the hell it was working...

It's a fuse. Look in the driver's side footwell near the dead pedal - the fuses are there. Take off the door and you'll see there's a diagram of which is which.

Thank you for the info. I knew it had to be a fuse. Well that is one worry off my mind. Hahah... now to dealing with my dealership. They are a thorn in my side. Oh well. Thank you again.
