How many yards of fabric did it take to do the headliner and also the pillars?
Big-Kokujin
09-19-2007, 09:22 AM
the headliner took about three, and the pillars, you probably can do with three, because the back ones take almost a yard.

Big K!! Nice!! :mrv:
Lovin that blue man! hubba hubba!
Oh.. for the rest trying to figure out fabric sizing..
36 inches equals out a 1 yard.
So you can pretty much measure what you need out and prolly some extra for any mistakes. I sew alot.. So it helps memorizing how much a yard is. But most of you may already know that.. I'm just saying.. If knowing the inches to the yard may make it easier for some of you guys going in trying to buy fabric and not knowing how much to get.
Hope that helps. ;)

i'm looking in doing my door panels now that i'm out of school for the summer...how easy is it to do it? is their a write up about it anywhere...just not sure the best way to go about it...your interior looks sick by the way, i love the blue...

For the panels, tape off the black plastic part so you dont get adhesive on it. then spray the fabric, and the new fabric and put it on. I used a pizza cutter(the roller kind) to push it down in the seams.
