varad underglow help

ok so me underglows stoped working just befor a photo shoot last night of course i disconnect the batt and reconnect and they cycle thru but i cant turn them on or anything i dont get it any 1 have any ideas?

i had my control box stop working it just shorted out did you check the fuses in the kit it self or if ground wire is on right that why mine acted up.

all fuses r good if the wewrnt than it wouldnt light up when batt is connected again, i just took apart the controler and found a wire pulled out of solder so i re soldered it back its fixed now
