Need door insert help

I'm wanting to wrap my door inserts. I have a 08 xB and I will tell you know, I never paid any attention to how they are held on right now, but I want to know the best way for taking them out and putting them back in so they will stay. Thanks.

Take the panels off....

The best way... go get a little plastic welder online or where ever... Heat up the tab points remove the plastic... then remove the insert...

Or cut off the plastic tips... then when you go to put a new one in put screws on the panel into the remaining piece of the plastic tip.

Cory, don't take them off...kist tape everything off, then spray the glue and remove the tape...
