How would I go about doing this to my rims.

I have some 19" stagered rims in the garage how do you think I would go about doing this to them...

blue lip with black on the inside???

powder coat ???

Shawn, i think you need to get a rim shop (like Nacho) to pull the rubber off each rim, then you could get them powder coated.

^^^ Ditto..I did powder coating for a while and on wheels it is the bomb !! very easy to take care of and they can do "candy" colors also !!
