So i recently traded in my 07 Flint mica scion tc for a 2010 model. Mainly because my warranty was up, and i had dings and dents all over it from living in the city and riding the highway all the time. Well i barely had this car for 6 months when i already have huge scrape marks across my front bumper and rear bumper. It seems people in the city have no consideration for anyone elses property. Does anyone know where to get replacement PAINTED bumpers for these without paying a fortune? But wait!! it doesn't stop there! I must have went under an over pass where they were welding, and it dripped onto my rear windsheild. Because now i have gaping melt marks in my window from the multant metal melting into my glass, along with pieces of metal still stuck to my glass. Living in philadelphia makes it hard to find people to actually give you a hand with your ride. Does anyone know of people in this area willing to help people with mods? Replacing parts?

most bumpers come primered so you will have to paint them but you can check with trdsparks.com

Here is the part from Sparks. It's 206.66

That's not painted either. Not sure on primed. What you can also do is just find a body shop, get an estimate on the part and labor for ordering it and painting and see what's cheaper. Or you could get an aftermarket bumper and have it painted. May not be much cheaper though.

Where exactly in S. Philly are you?
I live in north (olney) and might be able to point you to a place that can help you out with that.
On another note I know what you mean about the no consideration last year some jerk decided to break off my passenger side mirror with a broken headlight glass and tryed to steal the other one but I found out who did it and took care of it.

Yeah seriously, you could probably contact the city and tell them what happened, if you feel like going that far. Doesn't hurt to try I guess. Obviously that construction site was not properly guarded or whatever from causing damage to surrounding traffic below. Imagine if some welding material had fallen on someone walking underneath it...not safe.

thanks everyone for all the help, i honestly don't know where it happened which is the worst part or i would call the city.. And I live in south Philly right off of packer ave. Does anyone know if I order a bumper from TRDsparks primed, will it fit tight? I know the seams get loose on replacement parts.

Dude there is a body shop that sells painted parts through ebay. They are onlinebodyshop or somethin like that just look up a bumper on there and you will find it. It takes likew a wook and a half to get them but they are awesome quality.
