I searched around and can't seem to find what i'm looking for .
I'm about the install my ICELED UFO on my 2010 xB and was looking undernieth and can't for the life of me figure out the best way to mount the tubes. Anyone have any pictures of their install of an underbody kit?
Thanks in advance

The B's are difficult. The sides don't give you any good place to mount..

actually, im using the inferno kit from oznium on my 2009 box, and it went up into the sides real easy, and the back was a breeze (tons of room back there).
my problem (and still is a big problem) is the front tube. there's no recessed area to put it out of the way, the best place is just zip tie it to the weather stripping. at least, that's what i did... if you find a better idea post it up

my side tubes i put just inside the metal lip and the front i took off the splash guard and cut a series of 1/2" X 5" holes in it and then zip tied the tube to the guard. the funny thing is the front 1 is the only 1 to have survived this far. lost the driver side 1 to a truck tire in the road. the passenger side 1 the brackets gave out and not long ago my rear tube took a hit by a rock

Have mine on my tC mounted the same really. I actually cut the splash guard across though so I could get the tube mounted as high as possible then covered the holes with a black foam insulating tape to cover the tube through the lower grill and it works fine. Have my rear connected to the very end of the heat shield. Not had a problem out of my Inferno.
yeah, sounds like that plastic shielding is about the only place to connect to. wanted to make sure i wasn't missing something obvious.
thanks for the input guys

i like having the light come out the front grills as well as on the ground. not the best pic but you can see what i'm talking about

Yeah setting it up like that is nice. Easiest way to do that is actual neon instead of leds. Wish my leds could cover as well as my old neon did.. Under the car AND out from the car lol.
