Been looking around for some darker then legal tint and all of the places in the local area are charging $180+ for a basic tint job. Had a few local guys I use to be able to call but they are not in town anymore. My dexterity is poor at best and while I can stick IV's all day long I cannot cut a straight piece of tint to save my life. So last night I discovered this awesome thing called precut tint on E-bay and for $25 on average it seems like a great deal. I was wondering has anyone dealt with a particular ebay or online retailer they would recommend?

Ive had the ebay precut tint it goes on well but some places you might need a blowdryer to shrink it around a curve on the window. As far as the life of the tint i don't know because i sold the car it was on but it seemed pretty good.

$180 is about average I think for tint jobs. I know a guy around my local area, does his own stuff he charged me $130. But that's of course because he does it in his garage. A shop of course will charge more.
I've never heard of the ebay stuff myself but I'd assume they are just cut pieces traced from one that someone does. I would assume it'd fit alright but there isn't any guarentee. And doing it yourself you run into the chance of having bubbles and stuff if you aren't careful.

Might give the precut stuff a shot just to say I installed my own tint. I need to do something before this Louisiana summer starts up again.
