I work in a factory as a painter, so I've got some experience doing this:
If it was spray-paint you used, just get some paint thinner and put it on a rag(micro-fiber works best) and just keep rubbing/scrubbing until you get it all off. If it was a tougher spray paint like engine paint or an actual rim paint, you may need something a bit stronger like MEK (methyl-ethyl ketone, you can find it at lowes/home depot, and again use a rag. If it is a powder-coat or a chemical type paint, your kinda screwed. The only way to get it off period is direct application of MEK repeatedly, or sanding/ grit blasting. Hope this helps!!
