I finally decided it needed to be done, so I took my turbo off, took the whole damn thing apart and cleaned it inside and out, checked for oil leaks, wear spots, warping, etc., I also replaced my corroded oil drain line, fixed by boost gauge t-fitting, sealed a small exhaust leak, and cleaned up some wiring issues I had. Then, since it was all off the car, I decided to do some ceramic coating - I coated my manifold, wastegate downpipe, turbine housing, intake pipe, charge pipe and BOV all in black high-heat ceramic. It cleaned up the look of my turbo soooo much! I'm going to post pictures as soon as I find my transfer cable. The BOV looks so badass - I can't wait to hit up some shows with it and show it off.

As for my future plans (between now and Sept 1) - I'm going to replace all the blue couplers with black ones, and I'm going to replace the 90* pipe coming off the turbo compressor with a 70* pipe, because the 90* rubs my hood liner and looks dumb IMO. I'm also going to install a voltmeter to fill my gauge pod for now, because my a/f gauge was defective, and I used the money to buy my emanage. I also want to get that installed too - I just need those damn instructions from Kenny. I'm hoping to have all of that done by this coming Saturday, so I'll be working my ass off. Anyway - just felt like posting.

I'm gonna post pictures soon - I swear.

Glad to hear you are getting it put back together. What instructions are you needing maybe I can help you out. Also if you need an A/F gauge/wideband let me know I have my AEM for sale.

Have fun with the rebuild. Why not get dyno tuned and tested first? Let's see some numbers! :D

how much you want for the wideband? I need one like yesterday lol.I need instructions for the emanage install on the tc - greddys tech isn't specific enough.I'm gonna get dynod when I get tuned - and I'm hoping to get it done soon....anyone know a place that tunes an emanage in stl?
