This is just me trying out some paint that i have in the garage, i think that the black should be glossy black, however the flake that the bronze gives it does stands out pretty nice.

by the way, this is NOT the final product, im just messing around with some paint, i want to make some contrast in between the intake manifold and the engine cover.

Jon, would you leave it flat black or would you change it to glossy black.

another think that i was going to do, was to sand / polish the indentions and the letters on it. So it would be bronz / black / polished.

I used Krylon paint to do mine. It worked really well. It ran in some places but I was able to get it to cover. I used red.

Yeah i have a lot of paint at the house, anything from VHT to Krylon.

it looks on the way to being very advanced and futuristic looking.
simple and efficient with that I, robot-ish look.

find a way to put those skinny lines of light on it like power conduits or something, so cool.

With that blue, I'd like a "weared" look. dot the corners or possible "rub" points with black.

Picture some of the edges with the paint rubbed off. Like the paint was rubbed away.
