Hey guys.The plans for the weekend are all ready. I got a phone call from the manger at STATS Restaurant down town. They are having a big after party after the parade. The parade is ending real close to them. They would like for us to come to the after party. They are going to block off a street for us to park in. There will be games, bands, food and much more. This is a block party. They have offered to cover all the food for Friday night for the meet and greet at no charge if we come on Saturday. My only thing about that is time. The parade should be over around 2 or 2:30. The show at World Toyota starts at 6. I told here most everyone will leave around 4. She said that was ok. I know I want be there long because I have alot to do at World Toyota. I just want to see if you all think it would be something you would like to do.

I' m totally down for it, it would be a lot of fun and give us a chance to push our name and cars out there while meeting people.

As long as they clean our cars for us! ;) Sounds like fun, sure wouldn't hurt to help defray expenses!

This will be fun till time to go to World Toyota to kill some time but i will be cleaning for the show while we are there.

Friday:6pm-11pm Meet and Greet and Party in the conference room at the hotel.
*Food
*Beer Pong Contest for a prize ($3.00 fee to enter)
*Twister Contest for a prize ($1.00 fee to enter)
*Poker Tournament ($5.00 fee to enter) winner will take home half of the pot
*Raffle Tickets
*Registerfor the show
*There will be games for the kids
The money we raise will go to the food bank.

Saturday: 8:30am Parade meeting in the conference room. All drivers,riders and walkers should attend.
9:00am Start getting lined up for the parade
9:30am roll out to parade.
12:00 pm Parade starts


Saturday after the parade: After the parade there will be a huge St. Paddy’s Day Party down town. Our host is Stats Restaurant. They are blocking off a street just for the Scions. There will be games, band, food and a lot of fun.

6pm-10pm at World Toyota

Sunday: Plans for Sunday has changed. I will have that info soon.



I will have a list of directions to all events at the front desk of the hotel.

Raffle Ticket Prices

5 tickets = $3.00 or 2 can of food
10 tickets = $5.00 or 5 cans of food
15 tickets = $10.00 or 10 cans of food
20 tickets = $15.00 or 15 cans of food
25 tickets = $20.00 or 20 cans of food
50 tickets = $30.00 or 25 cans of food
100 tickets = $50.00 or 45 cans of food
