This is going to be huge, working on sponsors now... you have enough time, make the trip, we already have people coming from all over...

update 08/14/07:
Ok guy's. There is a little change in plans.The place that I had talked to over the week-end called me today. They have already had the party room booked. I spent my whole lunch hour today making phone calls. I found a great place they have a 3 floor parking deck right behind the building thatdeck holds 325 cars.They are going to keep the top floor for us to park. This down at the Wharf. They are giving us one whole side of the building. The best part is the owner has 2 XB'S. This is a done deal.

I'm going to plan a big Scion meet. I'm thinking sometime in Oct. Sept is a busy month for Scinergy Al. Give me some ideas on what city and I will go from there. I need everyone's input.

if its on the gulf coast, i can probably get 4 scikotics chapters to show (brla, nola, ms gc, and ecc), maybe more... and as long as its not around oct 3rd, i'm good, 14yr wedding anniversary, and the mrs really doesnt care for scion events :doh:

How does Gulf Shores sound ? Oct 27 or 28 or we can make it a whole week-end thing.
i say just one day, location sounds great... let me go spam the other chapters to get them over here for more input...
