So I Ordered The MMW Header/s-pipe 4-2-1 Deal

Anyone have it that can tell me what to expect in a week or so when it arrives?

I know about waiting like 6 hours after the car was driven to take out the old header due to the o2 sensor expanding due to heat and the stripping thereof...would prefer not to bust the threads.

As far as I know, the CEL eliminator it comes with works.

and I know to swab it down with some kind of alcohol solution before starting the car to prevent finger burns..



and before I even get it, I'm taking the car to a shop and getting the stock resonator replaced with the biggest resonater that will fit to prevent any unnecessary rasp.

I'm rather excited. :p

Shouldn't rasp unless you have the TRD Exhaust.

No, I went with the Magnaflow cat-back from Creative Compacts last october. but i dont want to take the risk of my car sounding like crrraaaap

What inch piping do they use for the mid pipe? Did you weld it directly to the cat, or what? I had to have my rear cat section cut then welded directly to the rear part of the cat..just behind the 02 sensor.

when i ordered the magnaflow, it required a cut after the cat. i think they've changed that now but I can't be sure.


oh yea, and I installed the header after getting it coated and had a fatty resonator put on. no rasp at all, but louder than I thought it would be :p
