how to keep exhaust clean

you can use degreaser

The inside is gonna get dirty. As for the outside the carwash should take care of it. But dish soap is a good method, except it gets annoying doing it by hand over and over again

Simple Green degreaser.... wire brush for the carbonization.

i use a real fine piece of steel wool and soapy water. been workin fine for me.

I use nevr-dull by eagle one. Gives a great polished shine and not hard to use.
