Just a few questions, and yes I've done some searching with the search button
I was going to get the s2k antenna but after some reading, Alot of complaints have come up with its jack being real short, causing problems when screwing it in. This was with vehicles other than the tC and I was wondering if the tC had this problem.
Also the only place I can find an s2k antenna so far is eBay and the prices are good, but shipping outragious so where'd you get yours?
Thanks.

the s2k antenna is about as clean an antenna as they come for us, and its pretty clean putting it on. My best recommendation is one night, run up to the nearest honda dealership, borrow the antenna and see what you think lol

I put one on our 350z and we love it. We got a great deal on it from someone off of 350zmotoring.com. I'll see if I can find the link.

Here, this guy has one for $15 shipped!
Selling my S2000 antenna. $15 shipped to your door. It'll screw right onto a 350z and it's a nice upgrade over the stock antenna unit! Email me at sldxstyle@aol.com or PM me.

If you?re still looking for an antenna? You might want to look at the Mini cooper Alta performance one. That?s the one I?m using. It?s a little shorter that the S2K.
Here's the link

I never really minded the antenna to be honest.

You are quite right Krdshrk. I think it looks good? The reception isn?t the greatest but I don?t listen to the radio that often. I keep my stocker in the trunk if I?m gonna go for a long drive or listen to the game.

Me either. It's definitely a lot better than about 98% of the others out there. Ours at least has some character to it (spiral things) and isn't 3' long.

I have the S2000 antenna and had no problem with the threads, I did put some thread locker on mine just to make it a little harder to steal!!!

There are several kinds thread locker (AKA "LOCTITE") is used on fastners to prevent the from coming loose. Like Blue Loctite allows you to remove the fastner with out having to heat it up, but still requires a bit of effort to get it loose. That Help???

If you really want 1 heres is what you do..
Go up to an S2k at the mall or something snatch their antenna and go. Stop at your local hardware store and get LOC TITE and glue that biacth on so no1 can steal it from you..
I paid $20 for the 1 I had on my Celica and used LOC TITE on it.. It was hilarious watching some young kid 1 night try to twist it off so he could have it..
