How do I disable the factory security system

Something is draining my battery and the security system goes haywire. I want to disable it to see if it's malfunctioning and causing the problem.

What else do you have in the car? You could prolly yank the fuse for the security system but that might be the fuse for other things too.

What have you had done right before the security system went haywire? Did you have anything installed? Need a little more info to diagnose
