Two shops that I have used exclusively for over 10 yrs.

Auto Sound Performance 7338 Mission St. Daly City 650-758-6500. Ask for Lawrence, he used to be the head installer over at Bay Car till he started the shop. Ive been using them since the early 90s. Only shop I trust for full system work on various MBZ, Lexus, and other vehicles. They do Phoenix Gold, Pioneer, Clarion, JL, MB Quart, and various other brands.

Audio Images in Burlingame, dont have the number, but ask for Jeff. Have done work for me when other shop was too busy. Reliable and on-time. They work on a lot of NBA players cars and hiphop stars etc.
