After ordering my HID's last week and having an issue with them not working, talking with Tony we figured out the problem. Wasn't a bad bulb but merely a backwards wire made in the plug and play wire or the ballast. Changed the polarity and they work beautifully now. Here's pics of before and after. These are 6k.
