sorry y'all haven't been on in awhile, dispatch has been running me ragged so when I get home just wanna crash and and wind down for a bit. they have me doing a delivery in Arlington this Saturday so I can't try to get together with y'all this weekend... but I am usually free every weekend so whenever ya wanna link up just let me know so Amy and I can either come into Killeen or we can meet up in Cove whatever is more convenient for the majority.

I'll just have to remember to de-vinyl the front bumper and quarter windows her xB before we have a meet up. I've been saying I was gonna strip it for about a month now but just haven't had the energy.

can we get an updated list of who all is wanting get this off the ground so I can get with my vinyl guy about how many banners we will be needing on our first run, I use Jack (the owner of Power Signs in Killeen) for all my vinyls.

Fort Walton wasn't really any better. After awhile things got lame, unless you're a tourist and have the money to go do a lot of things since that's what the area is geared more twards. The group always seemed to meet at the local scion/toyota dealership then went from there out to eat or to the Pensacola area to a car meet every Sat night, or the local car meet on tuesday nights that had all kinds of other cars besides Scion. Seems everywhere kinda blows unless its a really huge city I've noticed.

Yeah Gio is right about austin. Ok so nxt month the toyota of temple is haveing a scion show. Kinda like a customers appreciation kind of thing! Thedate isnt set yet but it will be on a sat towards the evening. they are going to bbq and shit!

And i found another one that is going to be in temple I think its going to be on the 8th! 20 pre register and at the show! Thats a lil steep, but we can def go as spectators!

We'll be having it in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and will be the weekend of July 23-25. On Friday there is a Scion Drag and Brag for those that get there early enough to go. On Saturday were working on getting discount passes to Six Flags Texas. And on Sunday we'll get together for breakfast and then head home.

We're still ironing out all the details and as more information becomes available I'll update this post.

What I need from everyone is who would be interested in participating in this. I need this roll call to be as accurate as possible to get the appropriate discount from six flags.

do ya have someone just working the design or do ya also have a shop in mind for the vinyls? if you haven't found a vinyl shop, with our old crew Amy and I used Power Signs exclusively for all of our vinyls and graphics. Jack is a great guy to work with and his product is top-shelf (Amy's back glass vinyl is over 3 years old with no fading, cracking or peeling and we don't have a garage to park in so it gets full sun and such year round)
his shop is in the strip-mall behind the Wendy's by Hobby Lobby.

Side-note : I am hoping I'll be able to make the meet this week, in theory I should be done for the week (normally only do 6 one way trips between Laredo and Arlington, as of know I have completed 7, hoping they don't try to make it 9)

I understand most of our members are active duty and like to go out of town on the weekends so they can go hang with family or their "home" chapters, this weeks meeting makes the 4 out of 5 meetings ( 1 Saturday, 1 Sunday and 3 Thursdays) myself and Amy haven't been able to make due our schedules. I know I have said it on here, at the first meet and in texts that we can't do Sunday through Thursday because of her schedule and me being out of town in my 18-wheeler. If I hadn't gotten screwed over by dispatch last Thurs. would have been my first Thurs. off since beginning of the year. Not everyone has access to the net or the board everyday so we need to start doing some calls/texts before we set a time/date for meetings. Simply put if we don't start having some meet-ups on Saturdays so Amy and I can attend we will be pulling our names off the roll call and leaving it to be just a Ft. Hood military chapter. I really don't want to drop out before we get recognized as a "legit" chapter but I will not put up with being pushed off to the side and I won't let it happen to Amy either (say what ya want but this is how we are feeling). the last month has me really regretting asking her to strip her car and to follow me in trying to startup Sciko's here in the Ft Hood enclave.

Just wanted to let ya know my work schedule, I have 2 jobs, well actually three being a mommy, hehe, I'm a custodian and nursery worker at my church, plus have to keep up with the house stuff, and so on.....:cry:
So I have a hectic schedule, which I know everybody has there own things goin on. Anyways I barely have time to do extra activities and till me and Raven can get finances goin better, I'll have to bid everyone so long. Pretty much that of have so much going on on sat that they cant make it!

If you guys want to have one on sat then speak up! we have been doing it on thursday because its convenient for most! and even then some cant make it! SO if you want to do it on sat then say something instead of being negative and throwing around ultimatums! EVERYONE in the club has a voice!
