Got condensation ''humidity, fog'' in my halo lights how do i fix this?

In the halo lights or you mean the light housing...
Open it up (bake it) clean it dry it.. reseal!

I think if you rub the inside down with rubbinb alochol or somthing that makes it so they are clean and able to reseal

na i bought them from California and had someone here put them on but i use a hair dryer and then just resealed the outside again instead of baking them and so far it hasn't fogged up again =)
