Which Mod would you do first? Saying your spending ceiling (including shipping) is $150.

Who said front sway bar? Maybe a front strut bar if anything or a REAR sway bar.
The shifter is an inexpensive option that is nice, but no real "show" if you going that way. The Creative Compacts shifter comes in at about $70 and is easy to install.

If you're going with a short shifter, the TWM Stage 2 is nice ^^
As for most bang for the buck, just getting some new tires would do wonders if you have the RE92s. Out of that list, springs definitly. A front strut bar doesn't really do anything but spice up the engine bay :p

If you do sways, do Hotchkis front and rear... otherwise just TRD rear. They only have the rear for a reason :P
