in stead of being crazy and raising the strut towers.
why doesn't someone start making drop spindles for the front end of the xb?
can someone do this? like drop another 2" that would be awesome. cause i could lay then. all i need to do to the back is cut it. but the front i really don't want to raise the strut towers.
answers would be greatly appreciated.

What front setup are you currently running? Shouldn't be hard getting the fab kit on the ground.

all you have to do is cut the bracket on the strut and move it up and weld it back. i have the ait racing diablo kit on mine with 20's and it only like half inch from the ground when its laid out.

Well then your not doing it right.. hahaha you have to do some front work to go lower... The axles will rub, and you will be shredding power steering belts...

Fab kit will be on the ground well before you run into issues of sway bars and power steering.

i have had no problem with the drive axels or the power steering pully
Your best bet is to go to manual steering and plan on doing quite a bit of cutting if you intend on laying body. Putting a body kit on the ground is EASY. Putting the stock panels on the pavement is a different story. It requires MUCH more than just a basic air ride kit.
The power steering belt will hit the driveshaft even with simple drop plates for an air strut. With a little cutting, you'll be burying the driveshaft into the power steering pulley and eventually the pump itself.
As for the rear, I would say ditch the fuel tank for a reasonably-sized fuel cell, then cut out the rear floor, gut the rear, and 4-link it. You'll probably also have to dump the exhaust prior to the rear link. This would easily put the rails on the pavement enough to bring the car to a grinding halt!
If you're going to do it, invest in some titanium blocks to mount at the back end of the rails. They throw some MEAN white sparks rather than the typical orange and yellow of plain steel.

BLAWHAHAAHAHAHAAHAHAHA i havent had power steering for 2 years that stuff is over rated
also UV7 not saying the 4 link is wrong but unless you wanna shortin the axle to do a crazy wheel in the back you could jus modify the rear axle.
