I need to bleed my brakes for my 05 civic

I need to bleed my brakes on my 05 civic because of some work I did this weeked. But I have never done it before and not exactly sure how to do it. Can anyone explain it for me?

It's not that bad if you have a helper, if not you can buy a vacuum bleed canister and do it yourself. Rather than type it all out, here is a link to a Civic Forum with a thread giving the procedures for your car...
