Are you just wanting to do Springs, or springs and struts or a full on coil over system?
Springs only is the least expensive option. Megan Racing lowering springs start at about $125 and have a 2" drop. Do a Google search and see which ones you prefer. Lots of folks running Eibach and Tein with no issues. Here is a link to plenty of options.

Running coil overs puts you up in the $1000 range, but gives you ride control, adjustable height. Really all depends on what your end goal is...

i say you should either do Tein or Eibachs.. and if you need new shocks go ahead and get some to go with this so you dont have to replace them later down the road.
but you can also check the suspension section for more info as well that could help you find more info you might want to know about ^_^

imo i suggest switching out your struts and shocks too, to make the ride more smooth. sometimes the stock struts can wear quicker too. it's the same for xB. my .02.
ps- try ebay.

yeah be sure to go ahead and replace the shocks/struts.. i did that the instant i got my springs so it was easy and i dont have a rough ride.

I got my Tanabe DF210's shipped and I put them on my car for extremely close to $200. 2.2"-2.5" drop and I love them to death.

Yeah springs are usually around 200 or so. here's a kit from Tokico that's not to shabby for 2 shocks/ 2 struts :

Thank You!!
One of our members has a Set of TRD Shock Absorbers, ist that the shocks? could i put different spring on those, or do the springs also have to be TRD??

well most trd stuff is designed with other trd parts.. but doesnt mean you cant use other springs to go with them. its all about preference and comfortability on things. i say go with what you would believe to be the best ride height and comfort for you and see if it works. i know my trd setup works great for me.

The TRD springs do not lower as much usually 1 -1.25 inches but the are cheap cost wise:
http://scionpartspeople.com/searchproduct.asp?model=xA&catid=330298305169028&year=04&productdesc=TRD+Springs
75 bucks =D
Megan are also really nice. Good ride comfort and a decent drop 1.5 -18 :
95 bucks on ebay or about 102 if you dont like ebay =D
