steel mesh - $7/sq yd @ home depot
black rustoleum paint - $5 @ walmart
tC emblem - I'll sell you mine for $10 shipped.
TRD emblem - hella expensive unless you find a deal on ebay.

Or you could do what I did...buy a lower replacement grille for $60 from the dealer (or cheaper off a friend who replaced it with fogs), then make a badgless grille from that. I can help you if you need it.

trd emblems on ebay can be found, people usually snag them up quickly. but check back everyday and youll find one, i got both the front grill emblem and the back hatch emblem where the "tc" was before, looks tightttt.
