i was wondering, is there a way to change the led in the needles on the gauges?

there is but it won't change the color of the needle, it will just change the small backlight around the base of the needle...

I didn't check mine because I liked the orange with the pink, but supposedly they are just painted or coated, so you should be able to scrape the color off.

The color with the lights off are the physical color of the faces and needles. To change those, there needs to be a physical change. Faces are pretty easy. The LEDs behind them are also orange, so those need to be changed for any other colors.
Now, the needles have to be physically changed to be anything but red, as the red is physically on the needles. I don't know how until it is taken off, but most likely it is some sort of paint or print that would need to be scrapped off and redone in another color, which will also be affected by the LED color of the LED that lights it up.

All white?

If so, you need white LEDs, gauges with white lettering, and to redo the needles in white.
(White w/red needles is one of the "classic combos"- to so that, leave the needles stock and just change the LEDs and faces)
