Broke my tail light...

I was hoping I would never have to post about damage to my baby but I guess this stuff happens.

I was backing up out of a very tight parking spot and a HUGE f-350 with a lift and a king ranch grill was directly behind me. I couldn't turn my wheels because there was a concrete wall to my left and a 350z about 4 inches from the right side of my car so I had to get really close to the truck. I knew I was in trouble when I heard a pop.

Low and behold that king ranch grill stuck out further than the width of the truck and it popped a golf ball sized hole in my left tail light. It didn't break bulbs or anything, just the plastic casing.

Any comments on what I should do? Should I replace the whole tail light or can I just replace the casing or what?

For the time being I covered the hole with packaging tape. I'm just thankful it was the tail light and not the actual body of my car.

It's the driver side tail light btw.

I'm preferring the projector tail lights that are stock, but I may have to go that route if I can't find any. I'll let you kno if I want them.

Sure. I already found a replacement. When i get my old one off I'll sell you the busted one for $15 bucks plus whatever shipping is.

deal. its the 08 and newer style tail light right? and its just the clear plastic lens that is busted?
