Hey guys,
I was thinking about putting a Sub in my car, because lately I miss the Bumping of some good bass. In my old corolla I had 2 12 inch kickers with a 600 watt amp, but in that trunk i could get away with a huge sub enclosure. In the TC I want to do something custom, and small. Im thinking about only putting one 10 inch, and only maybe 350 watts. I dont want to rattle my car to death, just want to add some little bass to it. i want to build a small fiberglass cool looking box. I have drew up some cool plans for it, so Im stuck in the design now.
My question is, How the hell do i do it? Ive noticed on some sites that people get wooden rings that fit the speakers perfectly, but i dont know where to get these rings. I know once i make the mock up, all i need to do is stretch the fiberglass and smear the whatever it is called, and then later sand and fill.
Any info can be of great help, or sites. thanks! :thx:
