inexpensive grill mod

I just finished my inexpensive grill insert that I heard about on SL. I still have a few touch up mods to do tomorrow. Here are some pics.

I kept it the original color that it came and I ended up not using the edging plastic. For my xB I think I could have gotten by with 2 pieces. Instead of the double sided tape I used small zip ties (you can see some of them in the pictures) for now but I just got some small wire to hold it to the stock grills.

wow this is almost exactly what i wanted to do to mine.. keep the top main grill and put a mesh grill down below. :thx:

Looks like one of the better DIY grills out there. :up:
