Ive found several "Performance Mod Chips" similar to this on ebay.

And im just curious, do these really work? It seems like all it is doing is making the F/A ratio richer? Which would increase power slightly? Im sure not much of a gain is possibly but if these things are really good for 5-10hp itd be a damn cheap 5-10hp. Just curious if anyones ever actually played with one.
