So I'm thinking about possibly getting a CAI, but what i'm hesitating on is that I have the Oznium vertical LED running lights and I was wondering if that would at all lessen the performace of the CAI...

Probably not. You aren't really changing much are you? It's not like the vent is open so you aren't changing the air flow. And the LEDs won't make any heat. You should be set.

Nope, you are good. I have both. Bought the Tenzo intake soon after I bought my car and bought the lights when they came out. Have noticed no difference since I put the lights in. As Nathan said you are good to go.

Much depends on the CAI design. The issue isn't LED heat, but rather airflow. On the TRD one, there is an actual vent put in that spot. Others would be better WITHOUT a vent. It depends on how it is engineered.
The TRD one is designed to use cold air from a vent, as well as to have the vent pressurize the fender a bit, to allow some ram-air effect. Not having a vent there will make that CAI less effective.

Ok awesome :) Cause I was a little worried about that and it's good to know that you don't see a difference in performace :) thank you!

If ya get the TRD intake piece for 5.95 though it opens up that slot to allow for more airflow! thats what I did so I do not know if lights would block this or not and I think they do!!!
