Clock light not working right

So when my lights are off, my clock light is on. But when I turn my lights on, the clock light turns off. the surrounding buttons light fine and the bulb for the clock light is fine. Is it a wiring issue? If so, how does that happen?

Oh and sometimes the control to put down the passanger side window doesnt work. But its off and on.

This is for my 07 tc by the way. Does anyone know whats going on??

There actually was a recall notice on 07 tcs made not too long ago. Dealing with the HVAC. They ranged from not working at all to flickering on and off. My 07 does it every now and then, it will flash or turn off for a bit then turn back on. I'll see if I can find the info I read about on Scion Life for you.
