It all depends on how much you want to spend on the NAV and what style of fogs you are looking for..... Give a little bit more of a description so we can help you out

What car? If you've got a tC, go for the VRD Fog lights. NOT the knock-off VRDs but the real VRD fogs. They're plug & play and are very easy to install.
As for in-dash navi systems, you're looking at prices of at least $1000. There's the Kenwood DDX-6019 w/ KNA-G510 system (Good for audio sound, navi's a Garmin Nav), Pioneer Avic-D3 (Mediocre sound, decent navi), Alpine IVA-W200 w/ Alpine Blackbird (Great sound, good navi), etc.

Yeah sorry i do have a tc... and those foglights look like what i wanna get... i like those instead of the factory ones... i wanted to get the 4300K HID's but i was worried about the light thats emitted being dif color... do u know if those fogs would emit the same light?
and as for the navi... yeah i was looking at a few... i was interested in the D3 but i couldnt find any good reviews... nd im worried about the cost of installation... i never touched a car b4 this one so i dont wanna make this one my experimental car... i love it more than my gf
