i use putfile for all my videos.

they have a 200mb limit with none on time as far as i have found.
only bad thing is that if the video hasnt been accessed in like a year then it deletes it, but they dont tell you its removed or whatever it just goes to a dead link page with no real explanation for its removal unless you uploaded porn or something.

but by the time i have noticed a video is gone i have no use for it anymore so it should be good for the most part.
