The cruise will begin at the hotel (5000 E. Skelly Dr, Tulsa, OK 74135) and end at the parking garage where the show will be held. its a total of 9 miles of nothing but a Scion convoy!

I need everyone in the hotel parking lot no later than 10:30. We are rolling out at 11am SHARP! we are going to have to make a few lines in the hotel parking lot, and possibly on the side street near the hotel.

I'm not to sure exactly how we are going to block traffic at intersections, but i'm gonna try to keep the convoy together!

Hopefully the only intersections you will have to worry about are the ones downtown and nobody will care if we run the lights downtown on a Saturday morning. :)

We need to get someone with cameras posted at the interchange from I44 to the BA, that would be a great shot. I'm going to try and get someone at the dealership to film you all going by there too.

Well I know nobody wants a ticket for running a red light and some cops can be pricks about the situation whether we try to stick together or not but regardless everyone will stick together. Running red lights downtown is not the best idea.

Downtown Tulsa on Sat. morning is ghost town, we've done this before it's not going to be that big of a deal. Besides, if you time it right the lights will all turn green in sequence......lol

also... if i get another traffic ticket, my license gets suspended.... so you better believe if that light turns yellow, my ass is stopping!

the BA loop would be a bad ass picture or video! i told Crystal that when we drove the route the other day.

as for blocking traffic.... we might need a block where we merge onto hwy 75 from the ba... and then we'll need a block when we exit 7th st. (if there is traffic present) because we'll need to get over into the right lane with in 2 blocks. other than that, we should be good to go!

I've been talking to a guy that deals with the special events and blocking the intersections and he's organizing some things to hopefully make it happen where we just have a straight shot and no problems. It would have been better if we made arrangements sooner but he's doing what he can to make it happen =)
