forum creeper finaly gets an xB

I've been "creeping" around the Scion boards for a few years. Picked up this '08 xB about 2 weeks ago. Only thing I've done is put Blizzaks on and going to put HIDs in this weekend. I love that the xB is at least a foot shorter than my Passat wagon. Lots more room in front of the workbench.

Thank you everyone for the welcoming! Looking forward to meeting the Minnesota chapter soon.

It's a 70 year old couple new Venza trade-in. He was actually the dealerships 2nd Toyota mechanic from the 70's. However, she was tired of not having an armrest. The xB was the dealerships 2nd one they received in '07 and they loaded it up to show the customers all the options on thier showfloor. These include fog lights, 4-N-1 lighting, lighted door sills, spoiler, remote start, and SNS. Optioned out this way it was $19k new, I picked it up with 35k miles and Toyota certified for $13,350. With a $1000 down, $253/month for 60. Plan on making double payments to pay off quicker, but in case I get laid off, I will still be able to swing the min payment.

Will be selling the SNS by spring. It's a great unit, but zero expandability.

Yup, I hate that farkin' Accord. Wife's car that she is starting to dislike after 1.5 years of ownership. I use a box of bandaids everytime I open the hood.:ablow:
